Hi, and welcome to ENGL 284: New York City in the 1940s (Fall 2014). For students enrolled in the course, I’ll be using this blog to post occasional interesting materials and information about some of the historical context for our reading and viewing. Come the end of the semester, I’ll also ask you to post your research projects to the blog.
